These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services offered on this Site at time of access. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, images, or videos that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, images, or videos as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from this Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel an order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, a full refund will be given. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Providing us with your payment information authorizes us to access your payment instrument to charge the amount due.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
Buyer pays delivery charges and Goods will be shipped through United States Postal Service or International Postal Service. Other delivery methods can also be requested.
Shipment will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. Buyer is responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by the buyer to pay them.
Buyer is responsible for accurate shipping/recipient information. We are not liable for delivery to the wrong address or wrong person.
Please note that Glass and Ceramic can break from the cold. Please let package come to room temperature before opening. A warm hand's touch upon contact can break glass and ceramic in extreme cold temperatures.
Refunds
If anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing; email is required and must include the Order# along with "DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING PARTS" in the subject line. Replacement of affected parts will be free of charge.
A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom or personalized work.
Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not offered. A refund will be given if order cannot be fulfilled.
All services sold are non-refundable.
Consumer Protection Law
These Terms and Conditions will follow and be subject to any applicable consumer protection legislation.
Limitation of Liability
2 Dudes And A Train Lazer Kutz along with this Site, our directors, officers, agents, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of this Site, and cannot be held responsible for the actions of Third Parties with whom personal or sensitive data is shared. Direct contact with respective Third Party is necessary to manage solicitations.
